Game Duration
A standard match consists of two halves of 35 minutes each, separated by a 10-minute halftime interval.
Scoring System
- A goal scored by kicking the ball into the net earns the team 2 points.
- If the ball touches the wooden plank, the team is awarded 3 points.
- Goals scored using the head, chest, or thigh are valued at 2 points, regardless of whether the ball strikes the net or the wooden plank.
Team Composition
- Each team comprises 15 players, with 9 players on the field at any given time.
- Teams are permitted 3 substitutions during the first half and 3 substitutions during the second half.
The Ground
The official Feet Ball playing field follows international standards and measures 70 × 40 meters. The field is designed to provide optimal space for gameplay, ensuring safety, fairness, and competitive play for all participants.
Score Post Specifications
The official Feet Ball goalpost measures 16 × 7 feet. Attached to the goalpost is a wooden plank measuring 16 × 3 × 3 feet with a 1-inch thickness. The design ensures accurate scoring and consistent gameplay in accordance with international standards.
The Ball
The official Feet Ball is constructed from high-quality artificial leather and features 32 panels. It has a circumference of 55–56 cm and weighs between 420–430 grams.
To differentiate between halves, two balls of different colors are used: a white ball for the first half and a yellow ball for the second half, ensuring clear visibility and smooth gameplay throughout the match.
